JFE steel corporation plan to reduce production in the forth season
Contact now After world No.1 steel manufacturer Nippon steel claimed that they would reduce production 1.05 million tons, the second largest steel manufacturer JFE corporation CEO Hiroshi Ueda revealed that they also has the reduction plan.
JFE planed to pause a furnace, steel production in the fourth season would decrease 0.3 million tons. The factory which is located near west of Fukuyama reduced 0.2 million tons and the one in east of Chiba reduced 0.1 million tons.

It is estimated that this year(2011, April to 2012 March), Japanese crude steel production volume decreased to 0.107 billion tons, compared with last year0.11079 billion, decreased 3%.
