With the 52x CD-ROM, the system can be quickly repaired and recovered. Philips 17” LCD with resolution 1280 x 1024 provides big and clear pictures. USB 2.0 port 6 provides convenient assembly of peripheral devices. The sound effects and speakers of the machine give it with voice alarm and reminding functions. Computer / Monitor / peripheral devices are all of universal type for convenient repairing of replacing. Hi-speed PCI interface is used for server and I/O. It is the latest and most universal industrial standard interface. No worry about the supply of input optical coupling signal insulate interface board, which is self-developed and output relay (made in Germany). 3D piping models can be immediately displayed with the brand new 3D piping preview function and Y.B.C data design input interface. The correct 3D piping models can be shown immediately when the data is input. Any mistakes can be immediately found and corrected. There is no limit for Y.B.C bending operations. With single bending function, and can freely set the layer of single bending pipe. When inputting operational parameters and YBC data, it has the function of self-correction and mistake-prevention to avoid inputting the wrong data and bring damage to the machine. Conversion function of X.Y.Z / Y.B.C Flexible setting of piping operation. After setting in/out of position movement, it can do feeding/bending rejection/corner turning, and prevent from the interrupting point. We can also set the layer of corner turning to avoid the interruption from pipe bending. The clamp-returning time after bending-in can be set to prevent the piping work from rebounding back. When opening the old files, the 3D piping model and the relative tools information can be previewed immediately; the files are stored in categories for easy and fast searching. Multi-axis server act can set 99-stage speed micro-regulation. Monitor is with code protection function to avoid the files being modified by others. 5 simultaneous flow processes prompt the operational speed and avoid action interruption problems. Manual server control precisely and quickly set the absolute and correspond position movement. Single pipe bending work parameters can be set and stored individually, and won’t be mixed or conflicted with multi-pipe bending data. The 3D piping model can be immediately shown while inputting the YBC data, and mistakes can be immediately found and corrected. In semi/full automatic pipe ending, the 3D piping model can be shown immediately to simulate pipe bending. There is a counter to count the piping work, which also has the countdown function. Guiding mould repetitive sending function, which can set the working degree to meet large-angle pipe bending work. Feeding Aus., function can help pipe bending work, and reduce deformation from extension. Pipe locating act can set positioning in/out to prevent the pipe surface from scratching. Can set bending function for round / un-round pipes. Can set time A of clamp-rejection time delay after bending-in to help modeling of piping work, and reduce the rebound of piping work. Can set pedal 0/1/2 times to meet pipe picking act, and prompt pipe-bending flow speed. In full-automatic mode, each piping-bending completion time and data will be displayed. |
