Color plate rolling & forming line

This forming line consists of following parts: Automatic loading machine, Notching machine, Roller forming machine, side shape bending machine, U shape bending machine, Pneumatic system, Hydraulic system and Electric control system
First, Automatic loading machine load the plate on the trolley, then roller conveyor used for transporting the plate to next station, rolling station, if for side shell, then bending and punching, there is a device which used for collecting scraps, bending include side & top bending, most of the hydraulic valves and cylinders are from YUKEN to insure the safety. The total line controlled by OMRON PLC, so there are two operation modes: Manually & Automatically.

For side plates:
 Length:              1000~2000 mm
 Width:                400~650
Plate thickness:  0.5-0.6mm

This line can produce the shell for refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, for refrigerator, can be both side plates, such as U shape, and also can be only one side plates, and top plates.
