Galvanized steel wire rope

Galvanized wire rope is not homogeneous materials, but by the many strands together the components of the (steel and steel shares in the core) consisting of: too much of the load may change its geometry to change its performance. The rope is not isotropic material; it depends on the performance of the external load direction. (It is used to bear the axial Rally, and is not used under pressure or tension).

Galvanized wire rope twisted system is as same as common round strands of wire rope, but according to wire rope using the same working conditions, for raw materials of zinc wire thickness have different requirements. Hauling cable is used in many field of our life including automobile and ship industry. High tensile strength is always required. Moreover, the purpose to galvanized is to allow these wire rope work in harsh environment for longer time.
