Our company has complete detection method (squash, bending, enlarge mouth test, mechanical testing) to ensure our 400 series stainless steel tube reached national standards.

400 series tube price is lower, thermal performance is better than austenitic. It added stable chemical element titanium, well weld parts mechanical performance and thermal expansion coefficient is smaller than austenitic stainless steel, heat-resistant fatigue is another advantage.

Usage high temperature: intermittent use for 815 ℃, continuously usefor 675 ℃.

Heat treatment temperature: Heat treatment temperature, cover annealing,860 ℃ ±10℃. Products used in furniture, automobile, lighting process, hardware decoration etc.
