Producing copper strips, casting is the vital metallurgic engineering in metal manufacturing. It will largely influence the quality and the cost of post-processing and end products. For this, SMC installs the newest casting equipment, besides, focus on select raw materials. In order to ensure the ratios of all the elements, all the products will be analyzed furance by furance and adjusted correctly.

SMC installs the special 4 High Reversing Cold Rolling Mill and 20 High Finish Rolling Mill. They have higher precision of processing the copper strips in the smooth of thickness and the surface quality. With digital control of computers, the equipments can monitor the thickness and shapes of rolling strips.

In order to obtain the identical crystallization as well as the measurement precision in sections, SMC integrates the casting and rolling through equipped with the Bell Annealing Faclity which is suitable for highly processing the surface. Besides, the Annealed and Packing Line is of the best power of controlling the grain size.
