"twelfth-five year plan" :our nonferrous metal industry developing space is extensive

      Recently, <new material industry "twelfth-five year plan" development project> give rise to a commonly notice for nonferrous metal. According to related information, this author analyzed the prosperous developing room for nonferrous metal. 
      Firstly, in the aspect of new energy, in the period of "twelve-five", it is estimated that totally need 40,000 tons RE permanent magnetism, 4.000 tons muti-crystal silicon, 1200 tons nuclear grade zirconium and 2000 tons zirconium alloy ingots every year. In energy saving auto field, in 2015, it will need power battery module energy type 15 billion watt/year, power type 3 billion watt/year, battery diaphragm 0.1 billion square meter/year, 1000 tons lithium hexafluorophosphate salt electrolysis, 10.000 tons anode material per year, 4000 tons carbon-based negative electrode per year. Auto demand will over 12 million cars, alloy needs will be 0.17 million tons/per year, magnetism 0.1 million tons/per year.
      Secondly,  government will carry out new material important project and they will support 6 sorts of new material, high intensity light type alloy material, high characteristic steel material, functional membrane material, new style power battery material, carbon fiber compounding material, RE function material, in which RE function material is one of main direction for new material project. Government will also carry out special project for RT and RT function material. RE material is widely used in aerospace, aviation, information, electronics, energy, transportation, heath care ect, more than 13 fields, 40 industries, which takes very important role in modern new environmental energy technique.
     Thirdly, domestic nickel hydrogen battery start late in the aspect of blending power auto, so our technology is immature. Thus, our government's new policy will give more opportunities to new material development.
