Architectural firm ASAP has designed a hotel for downtown LA which is purposely made to look like a “rock in the landscape”.
The hotel is set to consist of 176 rooms, which will consist of 20 high-end suites; all 176 rooms will span over 28 floors. The hotel will include a rooftop bar and rooftop pool, which will together represent Los Angeles’
highest outdoor public space, with breathtaking views of the city’s skyline and mountains.The hotel will also include a restaurant, a garden bar with a screen for films, a banquet area, conference spaces including screening rooms, outdoor whirlpool, retail space, business centre and fitness centre.
The hotel will capitalise on the “accelerating growth and development of the downtown area as a business and tourism destination”.
