Do You Know the Real Size of Containers?

About size:

First, 20-foot flat container, length: 5.90*2.34*2.38 meters. This is the internal dimensions of the container. If the box is new, the error is within 1 CM.

Second, 40-foot flat container, length: 11.95*2.34*2.38 meters. This is the internal dimensions of the container. If the box is new, the error is within 1 CM.

Third, 40-foot high container, length: 11.95 * 2.34 * 2.68 meters. This is the internal dimensions of the container. If the box is new, the error is within 1 CM.

About the cube number of the container

First, 20-foot flat container, the number of cubicles is 28-29 cubic meters.

Second, the 40-foot flat container has a cubic number of 57-59 cubic meters.

Third, 40-foot high containers, the number of cubicles is 66-68 cubic meters.

About the weight of the container (about the weight, sometimes you can contact the freight forwarding, some companies will be different)

First, 20-foot flat container can load 17.5 tons goods.

Second, the 40-foot flat container can load 22 tons goods.

Third, 40-foot high containers can load 22 goods.

Here, I can tell you with certainty that the width and height of the container are accurate. I have kept some of the length. Some friends may ask, why do I go to the size of the 40-foot flat container with a length of 12 meters? Well, then, please look at the door of the container. Do we want to leave a little clearance for it? You never want to let the door smash your product when you close the door? This will not be worth the loss. Another point is that there are two convex corners on the front upper corner of the container, which will occupy some volume. Therefore, when calculating the length, we should try our best to leave some room for ourselves.

Another point is that the size of the outer box will result in different packing cubes. Therefore, if there is only one size, then I suggest that you first calculate the number of boxes on paper, that is, imagine loading one time, this is the safest way. Instead, calculate the cubic length of the carton as long as it is calculated.
