As a heat exchanger, the air ambient vaporizer is used to heat low-temperature liquid or liquefied gas to vaporize it to a temperature not lower than the design temperature. Shanghai Metal Corporation vaporizer uses a star-shaped aluminum finned tube with high heat exchange rate as the main body of heat exchange to realize the transfer of heat energy between air and working medium. The star-shaped aluminum fin tubes are connected by a central connecting piece, and the structure is stable. In the process of work, no external energy is needed, energy-saving and environmental protection.

Ambient air vaporizers are relatively uncomplicated heat exchangers which vaporize liquified gas by using heat absorbed from ambient air. Due to this simple principle of operation these vaporizers do not require external power. Liquid gas passes through a number of interconnected tubes in various series and parallel paths. Ambient air vaporizers are used in a wide range of application throughout the industry.
