Shanghai Metal Corporation is a leading Full Ceramic Bearing manufacturer and supplier.

Full ceramic bearings are entirely constructed from ceramic‑based components including inner rings, outer rings and rolling elements. These bearings operate without steel parts and maintain stable performance under special working conditions. They are widely deployed in chemical corrosion environments, high‑speed rotating equipment, high‑temperature facilities and low‑magnetic requirement machinery. This product solves common failure risks for metal bearings such as corrosion rust, magnetic interference, thermal deformation and short service life under extreme temperature‑chemical combined conditions. It supports continuous stable rotation where ordinary steel bearings cannot function reliably.

Packaging of Full Ceramic Bearing/ Pure Ceramic Bearing:

Standard Packaging:

Each full ceramic bearing is individually packed with anti‑collision foam bag to prevent chipping and scratch on ceramic surfaces. Items are placed into separate inner boxes, then loaded into reinforced export cartons. Cartons are secured on fumigated wooden pallets with strapping bands, covered with waterproof PE film for ocean transit.

Shipping:

We support FCL sea freight and LCL sea freight according to total order volume. Air freight and international courier are available for small‑batch spare‑part orders. Available trade terms include EXW, FOB, CIF. Other terms may be available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated based on cargo gross weight, volume, destination and selected transport method.

Lead Time:

Samples:20-30 working days

Standard orders: 30-35 working days

Customized orders: 40‑45 working days

Q1: What information do you need for a quotation of full ceramic bearings?

A: Please provide inner bore diameter, outer diameter, width and bearing type such as angular‑contact bearing. You also need to specify ceramic ball material grade (ZrO₂ / Si₃N₄ / SiC / Al₂O₃), retainer type, operating temperature limit, target rotating speed, radial & axial load requirements, clearance requirements, lubrication condition, order quantity, destination port and preferred trade terms. If you have special requirements on assembly tolerance, open‑type / sealed construction or custom specifications, share these details for an accurate quotation.

Q2: What is the MOQ and production lead time?

A: Standard full ceramic bearings have a low MOQ, small‑batch orders are acceptable. Custom‑made bearings generally require several hundred pieces as minimum order quantity.

Q3: What quality inspection can you provide for full ceramic bearings?

A: We carry out dimensional check, surface defect inspection and rotational smoothness test, and can offer corresponding inspection reports upon request.

Q4: How do I select suitable ceramic material grade for my working condition?

A: Si₃N₄ suits high‑speed & high‑load scenarios; ZrO₂ performs well under impact load; SiC fits strong corrosive environment; Al₂O₃ applies for cost‑sensitive light‑load applications.

Q5: What risks should be noticed during installation of full ceramic bearings?

A: Ceramic material is brittle. Heavy hammer knocking is forbidden; improper mounting force will cause edge chipping or invisible internal crack, which will lead to early failure in later operation.
