Mobile Solar Container

Mobile Solar Containers are mobile energy stations integrating photovoltaic power generation, energy storage systems, and intelligent control. They utilize a standard container design, supporting rapid transportation and deployment, and can address needs in areas without grid coverage or for temporary power supply.

Core Features and Technical Composition

Highly Integrated Design:

Core Components: Internally integrates high-efficiency solar panels, lithium iron phosphate battery packs, a power conversion system (PCS), and an intelligent management system (BMS/EMS).

Structural Protection: Employs a standardized container shell with IP54 to IP67 protection ratings, adapting to harsh outdoor environments. Some products meet requirements for withstanding gale-force winds (level 8) and earthquakes.

Rapid Deployment and Mobility:

Folding Technology: Supports folding and storage of PV panels. Upon arrival at the site, they can be unfolded via electric or manual mechanisms. Deployment time for some models can be reduced to less than one hour.

Convenient Transportation: Conforms to ISO standard container dimensions, allowing for long-distance relocation using trucks, ships, and other means of transportation. Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Management:

Remote Monitoring: Equipped with a data acquisition module, users can remotely monitor voltage, current, and equipment status in real time, enabling predictive maintenance.

Energy Dispatch: The intelligent system can automatically adjust the angle of photovoltaic modules and inverter parameters, optimizing power generation efficiency and managing energy storage charging and discharging.

Typical Application Scenarios

Emergency Disaster Power Supply: In the event of power grid damage caused by natural disasters, it can quickly reach the disaster area to provide an "energy lifeline" for rescue equipment and temporary shelters. Suitable for rapid power restoration in emergencies such as earthquakes and floods.

Power Supply to Remote and Unpowered Areas: Solve the power supply problems in mountainous areas, islands, deserts, and other areas far from the power grid, providing stable power for residents and public facilities. Commonly used in border outposts, mining areas, and microgrid construction in overseas unpowered areas.

Temporary and Commercial Power Supply: Meet the temporary power needs of large construction sites, outdoor exhibitions, music festivals, and other events. It can serve as a backup power source or green energy supplement for data centers and communication base stations.
