We also offers injection molded tubes in short length and special thinwall tubes. All the productions are in compliance with highest quality standards. PEEK-tubes can be an intelligent solution for round/hollow pieces. Our range of tubes starts with 30 mm up to 2500mm (external diameter). We offer tubes made in a number of processes: extrusion, hot compression-moulding, roto-moulding, and injection-moulding. SMC can source special diameters and special compounds for your needs in PEEK-tubes.

Packaging of PEEK Tube:

Shanghai Metal Products are packed and labeled according to the regulations and customer's requests. Usually wooden case or carton is adopted. Great care is taken to avoid any damage which might be caused during storage or transportation. In addition, clear labels are tagged on the outside of the packages for easy identification of the product I. D. and quality information.

How to identify PEEK materials?

The easiest way to distinguish PEEK materials, whether profiles or raw materials, is through temperature resistance. PEEK's thermal deformation temperature is 343 degrees Celsius. It can be easily distinguished by setting the temperature at 330 degrees Celsius in the oven for half an hour. There is also pure PEEK, the color is off-white, graphite PEEK with carbon fiber is black, and glass fiber is brown.
