Screw conveyor is a continuous conveying device that uses the rotation of spiral blades to push materials along the axial direction in a closed trough. It has the characteristics of simple structure, good sealing, small footprint, multi-point feeding and unloading, etc. It is widely used in chemical, food, metallurgy, building materials, machinery and other industries. It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small block materials (such as cement, coal powder, grain, sand and gravel, etc.), but it is not suitable for conveying materials that are easy to agglomerate, sticky or corrosive.

1) Fixed screw conveyor: The trough is fixed and the screw rotates. It is the most common type and is suitable for horizontal or small angle (≤20°) transportation.
2) Mobile screw conveyor: The whole machine is installed on a mobile bracket and can be moved flexibly. It is often used for temporary unloading or short-distance transportation (such as grain loading and unloading).

3) Vertical screw conveyor: It uses a vertical screw body and uses a high rotation speed to make the material close to the inner wall of the trough under the action of centrifugal force and lift along the spiral. It is suitable for vertical or large angle ( 20°) transportation, but the conveying height generally does not exceed 8 meters.
