Transformer copper content> 99.95%. Not allowed to contain scale, oil, coating, paint and other impurities. Do not contain wool,
car, debris and thickness <1mm copper. The advantages and disadvantages of the transformer can be divided into copper transformer
and half-copper transformer, the transformer coil to determine their own loss of size, the greater the loss of their own output power
less, so the use of copper is the best.
Specifications of Admirality Brass Tubes for Transformer Components:
1) Outer Diameter: 4mm - 100mm
2) Wall Thickness: 0.35mm - 5mm
3) Length: As customer’s requirements
Characteristics of Admirality Brass Tubes:
A copper zinc alloy containing tin and small amount of arsenic which is added as an inhibitor against dezincification.
The pressure of Tin imparts to the alloy good corrosion resistance in moderately polluted river water and clean sea water, either stagnant or slow moving (up to 2 metres/sec.).
This is the most common and wrought form of tube for heat exchange equipment.
