Finned tube is a kind of heat transfer element made of metal tube and steel strip by equipment welding, which is a kind of wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and high-pressure-resistant. And it is energy efficient heat transfer equipment, mainly used for air heating and cooling in industrial production.SMC mainly has heat sink tube and extruded finned tube. The outer wall of heat pipe is equipped with waveform heat sink. The heat sink and the tube body are connected by face contact, so that the tube body and the heat sink have good heat conduction performance. At the same time, the waveform heat sink can greatly increase the heat dissipation area and improve the heat dissipation effect of the heat sink tube.
Aluminium Extruded Finned Tubes are a labour intensive process solution that uses a base tube over an aluminium tube that is extruded by machine to form a fin. The fin base fits closely to the outer wall of the tube and is available in lengths from 0.5m - 6m. The base tube of extruded aluminium finned tube can be made of seamless steel tube, stainless steel tube, aluminium tube, etc., but it is more common to make it of seamless steel tube.
