Shanghai Metal Corporation is manufacturer and supplier of silicon nitride ceramic igniter.
Silicon nitride ceramic igniter can heat up to 800℃-1200℃ within tens of seconds and ignite the fuel through direct heat transfer or forced air heat transfer. A temperature buffer zone is set on the igniter to protect the wiring terminals from damage. Insulation encapsulation at the wire joints can effectively prevent short circuits caused by conductive ash and slag. The commonly used working voltage is AC220-240V~, and models with input DC voltage can also be customized. Ceramic igniter and heaters with a size of 200mmx200mm or less can be customized according to customer requirements.
