1.The middle layer is added with nano calcium carbonate (15% content), which improves puncture resistance by 200% (≥80N) and prevents PE particles from piercing the corners.

2.Anti-static treatment: carbon black conductive layer (thickness 3μm) and grounding marking line, static decay time <2 seconds (ESD S20.20 standard).

3.Double-channel heat sealing + cold press reinforcement: gradient design of sealing strength (top ≥ 60N/15mm, bottom ≥ 80N/15mm), suitable for high-speed filling machine (60 packets/minute). Leak-proof triangular folding edge: inner folding angle R≥20mm, particle leakage rate＜0.1g/package (ASTM D5276).

4.100% recyclable material (single PE structure), APR recyclable certification, instant reuse of trimmings. UV anti-aging agent (UV326 add 0.5%), outdoor storage 30 days tensile strength retention rate > 90%.
