Fabricated from C5191 phosphor bronze alloy (JIS H3270/UNS C51900) substrates, these hermetically sealed cavities integrate micro-grooved wick structures and deionized water working fluid (≥18 MΩ·cm per ASTM D5127).

Leveraging the principles of phase change heat transfer, it achieves rapid thermal diffusion with a heat dissipation efficiency approximately 300% higher than traditional cooling solutions (e.g., solid copper: 398 W/(m·K).This product is ideally suited for applications in 5G communication devices, high-performance laptops, and industrial control systems, effectively addressing the heat dissipation requirements of high-density heat sources and providing reliable thermal management support for the stable operation of electronic equipment.
