Stainless steel blind rivets are single-sided fasteners composed of stainless steel rivets and mandrel shafts, and are widely used in connection scenarios where only one side can be operated. Its typical structure includes rivet sleeves made of 304 or 316 stainless steel and steel mandrels. During installation, a special riveting tool is used to apply tension, causing the rivet sleeves to expand and deform, and to tightly engage with the connected parts. Eventually, the mandrels break at the predetermined breaking point to complete the fastening. This product features excellent corrosion resistance (316 material can withstand Marine environments), high tensile strength (up to 5000N), and convenient installation characteristics. It is particularly suitable for thin plate connections in fields such as building curtain walls, rail transit, and shipbuilding.
According to functional requirements, it can be classified into different types such as standard open type, waterproof sealed type, and high-strength structural type. The diameter range is usually 3.2-6.4mm, and the length is 6-50mm to meet the requirements of different plate thicknesses.
