Electromagnetic Flow Meters is a new type of flow measuring instrument developed rapidly with the development of electronic technology from 1950s to 1960s. Electromagnetic Flow Meter is an instrument that uses electromagnetic induction principle to measure the flow of conductive fluid according to the electromotive force induced when the conductive fluid passes through an external magnetic field.

2.Integrated electromagnetic flow meter

Electromagnetic flow meter is a flow meter for flow measurement according to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The advantages of electromagnetic flow meter are extremely small pressure loss and large measurable flow range. The ratio of the maximum flow rate to the minimum flow rate is generally above 20: 1, and the applicable industrial pipe diameter range is wide, up to 3m. The output signal is linear with the measured flow rate, and the accuracy is high. It can measure the fluid flow rate of acid, alkali, salt solution, water, sewage, corrosive liquid, mud, pulp, paper pulp, etc. with conductivity ≥5μs/cm. But it can't measure the flow of gas, steam and pure water.

2.There is no obstruction of flow parts and pressure loss in the measuring tube, and the requirements for straight pipe section are low. It has unique adaptability to slurry measurement
