Various mineral raw materials, mainly manganese ore, silica sand, bauxite, magnesium ore, fluorite, quicklime, ilmenite, and chemical products such as cryolite and borax, are mixed according to the formula ratio to form furnace materials. Then, they are heated to above 1300 ℃ in an electric furnace or flame furnace and melted evenly. After being discharged from the furnace, the welding flux obtained through water cooling granulation, drying and screening is called fused flux.
