Product Detail

Shanghai Metal Corporation is a leading hot-dip 5% al-zn coated steel coil manufacturer and supplier.

Hot dip plating of 5% aluminum zinc is an aluminum zinc alloy product. It has characteristics and advantages that far exceed the limits of traditional hot-dip galvanizing. The hot-dip 5% aluminum zinc alloy coating contains 95% zinc, 5% aluminum, and trace rare earth alloy components, which can remove fragile metal alloy layers. It has excellent corrosion resistance, extraordinary formability and stamping performance, excellent coating performance, and good fusion performance. The humidity of the plating bath is about 420-440℃, and rare earth can improve the surface quality of the coating.

The unique coating of hot-dip coated 5% aluminum zinc steel plate can protect the steel surface in two ways. Firstly, the dual phase eutectic structure coating of 95% zinc and 5% aluminum alloy provides uniform protection to prevent impurities from coming into contact with the steel surface. Secondly, the coating can also serve as a characteristic protection function and prevent corrosion in the form of zinc oxidation at any scratches, exposed edges, fastener holes, or formed bends
