Our milling cutter blades are designed for high-performance machining of titanium and its alloys. Featuring a carbide substrate coated with titanium nitride TiN or TiAlN via PVD, these blades offer outstanding hardness, thermal resistance, and extended tool life.

Thickness / Flute length: various, flute length per design
Shank Diamete: 3 mm or 6 mm
Coating: TiN / TiAlN PVD fine-grain
Substrate hardness: high (WC-Grain fine, HRA ~90+)
Cutting edge geometry: positive or neutral / negative rake, optimized for chip evacuation
