SMP (Silicone Modified Polyester) Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel Coil includes ColorZinc SP-20, ColorFan RSP-20F and ColorLume RSP-20L, all use a 2 coat 2 bake system (2C2B) with Silicone Modified Polyester (SMP) as the topcoat. As for the substrate, it can be chosen from hot-dip zinc, 5% Al-Zn alloy and 55% Al-Zn alloy coated steel coil. In other words, those are the superior pre-painted steels with the same paint coating system but different base metals. Our products provide excellent characteristics, such as resistance against corrosion & weathering, excellent color durability and a wide range of pleasing colors.

SMP Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel Coil can be used in coastland with severe corrosion, and heavily polluted chemical industrial districts. Coated with organic layer, which provides higher anti-corrosion property and a longer lifespan than that of galvanized steel sheets.

Great care is taken to avoid any damage which might be caused during storage or transportation. In addition, clear labels are tagged on the outside of the packages for easy identification of the product I. D. and quality information.

The strippable film can be stuck on the surface of these three categories of SMP Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel Coil subject to customers’ requirement. The strippable film can decrease the mechanical damages caused during transporting, storing or the forming processes.

Substrate

1.ColorZinc SP-20 uses hot-dip galvanized steel sheets as its substrate. According to ASTM A653M standard, coating mass is Z275 (total both sides, 275g/m2 min.)

2. ColorFanR SP-20F uses 5% Al-Zn alloy coated steel sheets as its substrate. According to ASTM A875M standard, coating mass is ZGF 275 (total both sides, 275g/m2 min.)

3. ColorLumeR SP-20L uses 55% Al-Zn alloy coated steel sheets as its substrate. According to ASTM A792M standard, coating mass is AZM150 (total both sides, 150g/m2 min.)

Standard thickness of substrate is 0.576mm. Other thickness is also available subject to customers’ needs.Prevention the metal or alloy from oxidizing or corroding at high temperatures
