Product Detail

Shanghai Metal Corporation is experienced manufacturer of spliced steel wire rope sling in China since 1980s.

This product uses manually spliced six strand steel wire ropes with alternating twisted fiber rope cores or steel wire rope cores to create a steel wire rope connection device (commonly known as a hook head) with a collar. After five insertions, it is made into a plug-in joint, which can be composed of three whole strand insertions and two reduced strand insertions. All connectors should be laid in the opposite direction to the wire rope; Except for the first group of interpenetration, the tail ends of all rope strands interpenetrated in other groups should be opposite to the twisting direction of the steel wire rope.

Cautions :

a) If it is a single leg lifting, the lifting point must be vertically above the center of gravity of the lifted object.

b) If lifting with two legs, the lifting points should be located on both sides of the cargo, and the hook should be above the center of gravity of the lifted object.

c) If lifting with three or four legs, the lifting points must be evenly located on the plane around the cargo, and the hook must be directly above the center of gravity of the lifted object.
