Notes:
1.The correct construction posture: For the situation where the plate is installed first and then rusted, when carrying out vertical rust treatment, the following construction posture should be adopted: gradually reduce the direct spraying dose from the top to the bottom (the rust promoting agent flowing from above rusts), otherwise the top is prone to rust and the bottom is prone to excessive corrosion.
2.The order of installation and rusting: usually for better overall effect, it is recommended to install the bulletproof steel plate before rusting treatment. To avoid contamination (such as oil stains, fingerprints, etc.) or scratches on the rust layer during transportation and installation; Secondly, installation usually uses welding and other methods, which not only damages the original rust layer, but also leaves no rust layer covering the weld area, making it look very inconsistent
3.Construction temperature: If the surface temperature of the bulletproof steel plate is too low (below 5 degrees) or too high (over 35 degrees), and the high temperature is exposed to sunlight, it will have a negative impact on the rust formation effect, especially for the application of rust fixing agents. Construction should be avoided under these conditions.
