Our company introduces the latest technology of Easy-peel Lidding Film, with sophisticated production equipment and strong technical force.
Through the special design of the heat-sealing layer material, such as adding low-melting-point copolymers (such as EVA or EMA) or peeling agents, the heat-sealing strength is controlled within the range of 5-15N/15mm to achieve "easy peeling without residue". For example, the easy-peel film with a PET substrate produced by Bolaine uses a gradient heat-sealing layer, which can form a controllable adhesive force at a low temperature (80-120°C). Our products have been exported to Europe, America, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, the Middle East and other international markets.
1.Design Logic:
Barrier Property: Usually, a PET/PE/EVOH composite structure is adopted, with an oxygen barrier rate of <5 cc/m²·day and a water vapor transmission rate of <3 g/m²·day, meeting the requirements for food preservation.
2.Heat-sealing Property:
It has a wide heat-sealing temperature range (100-180°C) and is compatible with substrates such as PP and PETG.
3.Cost Control:
A thin design (such as a 15μm heat-sealing layer) is used to reduce the amount of materials used, and the processing cost is reduced through a multi-layer co-extrusion process.
Packaging of Easy-peel Lidding Film
Shanghai Metal Products are packed and labeled according to the regulations and customer's requests. Great care is taken to avoid any damage which might be caused during storage or transportation.
