Product Detail

Shanghai Metal Corporation is a professional manufacturer of Pre-Painted Embossed Steel Coil.

It adopts PVC plastic respectively on the substrates of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, 5% Al-Zn alloy coated steel sheet, and 55% Al-Zn alloy coated steel sheets. The PVC film undergoes embossing, creating the film with great touch and beautiful textures. The product possesses the properties of beauty, superb corrosion resistance and formability.

1. Steel Grade: SGCC, DX51D, S250GD, S550GD etc

2. Top coat: PVC PLASTISOL 150-250 μm or as per client’s needs

3. Back Primer: PU or Epoxy 2 μm

4. Back Coat: PVC PLASTISOL 100-250 μm or Epoxy 7 μm

5. Color: Any color as per client’s needs

6. Coil weight: as per client’s needs

Substrate

1. ColorEmboss EV-200 uses hot-dip galvanized steel sheets as its substrate. According to ASTM A 653M, coating mass is Z275 (total both sides, 275g/m2 min.)

2. ColorEmboss EV-200F uses 5% AI-Zn alloy coated steel sheets as its substrate. According to ASTM A 875M, coating mass is ZGF275 (total both sides, 275a/m2 min.)

3. ColorEmboss EV-200L uses 55% A-Zn alloy coated steel sheets as its substrate. According to ASTM A 792M, coating mass is AZM150 (total both sides, 150g/m2 min.)

Standard thickness of substrate is 0.576mm. Other thickness is also available subject to customers’ needs.

SMC uses proper pre-treatment with excellent corrosion resistance performance to form a conversion film on steel surface.

Due to its beautiful appearance, the product is suitable to be used for roofing and siding in industrial or residential districts, especially in coast land with severe corrosion, chemical industrial district or some environments that require high corrosion resistance.
