18Mn2CrMoBA is a low alloy high strength bainite steel, air quenched and tempered with 30CrMnSiA steel has the same comprehensive mechanical properties, because of high hardenability, it can be used air quenched, not only simplifies the heat treatment process, but also reduces the deformation of parts, has a high tempering resistance, good stamping performance and welding performance, welding crack tendency is small.

2. Thickness: 10mm-35mm, 36mm-70mm, 5mm-9mm

3. Yield strength σs (MPa) : 590 ~ 745;

4. Elongation δ5 (%) : ≥16;

5. Section shrinkage (%) : ≥50;

6. Impact attack αk (J/cm2) : ≥80;

7. Fiber section ratio Fa% : ≥100

The steel has high hardenability and can be air quenched, which not only simplifies the heat treatment process, but also reduces the deformation of parts. It also has high tempering resistance, good stamping performance and welding performance, no heat treatment after welding, the strength of the weld and the matrix after air quenching, small welding crack tendency, and can manufacture any complex welding components. If surface protection is required, it can be galvanized according to the general cyaniding method.
