Standard Packaging:
Each spool or coil of stainless steel wire is wrapped with protective moisture-proof plastic film and desiccant. Wires are then securely packed in heavy-duty export cartons, wooden cases, or placed on fumigated wooden pallets to prevent rust, bending, and damage during international transit.
Shipping:
We support FCL and LCL sea freight, air freight, and express delivery depending on order quantity, package dimensions, gross weight, and destination. Available trade terms include EXW, FOB, and CIF. Other terms may be available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated based on cargo volume, gross weight, destination, and selected transportation method.
Lead Time:
Samples: 3–7 working days
Standard orders: 15–25 working days
Customized orders: 25–40 working days

Q1: How long does sample preparation take?
A: Standard stock samples are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Custom wire samples requiring specific diameters or tempers take 3–7 working days.
Q2: What information do you need for a custom quotation?
A: Please specify the wire diameter, material grade (e.g., 304, 316L), surface finish, temper state, packaging requirement, and estimated order volume.
Q3: What is the MOQ and production lead time?
A: The minimum order quantity is 100 kg for standard sizes and 500 kg for custom specifications. Production lead time is 15–25 working days upon order confirmation.
Q4: What is the difference between 304 and 316L stainless steel wire?
A: 304 stainless steel wire offers excellent strength and standard corrosion resistance for general industrial use. 316L contains added molybdenum, providing superior pitting resistance in marine, chemical, and chloride-heavy environments.
Q5: How do I select the right temper for my application?
A: Soft-annealed wire has high elongation and flexibility, making it ideal for weaving filter mesh or binding. Cold-drawn hard wire offers tensile strength up to 2500 N/mm², making it suitable for high-fatigue industrial springs and structural components.
Q6: What quality standards and test certificates do you provide?
A: Our wires comply with ASTM A313, DIN, and JIS standards. Every shipment includes a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) with chemical composition and tensile test results, with third-party SGS or BV inspection available upon request.
