Silicon Si:0.17 ~ 0.37;

Chromium Cr: 0.60 ~ 0.90;

Nickel: 1.25 ~ 1.65;

Tungsten W: 0.50 ~ 0.80.

30CrNi4MoA has high hardenability. After quenching and tempering at high temperature, 30CrNi4MoA can obtain uniform strength, high plasticity, toughness, fatigue strength, low cold and brittle transition temperature and notch sensitivity on a large cross-section.

30CrNi4MoA has no obvious temper brittleness, medium cutting performance, poor cold deformation plasticity and weldability. Sensitive to the formation of white spots, slow cooling after forging. 30CrNi4MoA should be used for parts with a large cross-section, such as shaft parts, butt joints, gears, etc.
