1. Prepare moisture-proof and moisture-proof tools such as oilcloth, and take sufficient protective measures for the steel

 

2. Different types of steel should not be mixed during loading, as mixed loading can directly lead to confusion in subsequent unloading and delivery 

 

3. Corrosion of welding points: The oxidation rate of welding points must be the same as that of bulletproof steel plates, which requires special welding materials and techniques. Although ordinary welding rods can also weld bulletproof steel plates normally without serious color difference after welding, the lifespan of the weld seam will be much lower than that of the bulletproof steel plate, and it may also cause rust water to flow down and pollute the bulletproof steel plate due to the rapid corrosion rate of the weld seam.

Therefore, it is important to choose specialized welding rods with similar chemical composition and matching strength and toughness to bulletproof steel plates.
